Birth Pool Rental

Easy Setup and Convenience

The tub rental comes with the essentials you need to make the setup process a breeze. It includes a new lead-free hose and tap adapter to help you easily fill and empty the tub without any hassle. There is a submersible drainage pump and an air pump, for easy set-up and take-down. Also included is a heat retention cover and thermometer to make temperature regulation easier. Prioritizing Safety and Hygiene

Your safety and well-being is priority number one. That's why you will get a brand-new, disposable, form fitted, single use liner with every tub rental. Not only does it ensure enhanced hygiene it also makes clean-up simple and mess free.


The birth pool in a box eco offers:

  • Enough room for you and your partner to move around 76" x 65"
  • A sturdy design which enables a support person to easily sit on the edge, or for you to lean into
  • A built-in seat for comfort in labour and doing skin-to-skin with baby
  • Adjustable height with its 3 independent chambers
  • A soft, inflatable 2” thick floor, to provide comfort and enhanced visibility
  • Six perfectly-placed handles to support a variety of positions, and a cup holder
  • Complete instructions for set-up




    • Rental Details:

    5-week rental period, including delivery and collection is $245+HST. Delivery is three weeks before your baby’s due date, and pick up after the birth (whenever the baby is born). Standard delivery area includes Greater Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville, Milton. Out-of-area delivery available for an additional fee.

    You can expect an email within 3-5 business days to confirm your rental. it will also contain a rental agreement to review and sign, and an invoice that can be paid by e-transfer. If you wish to be billed on your credit card, that can be arranged.

    The five-week rental fee is $245+HST ($276.85). A retainer of $91.85 is due to secure your booking and the remainder of your invoice is due on delivery of the pool.

    TENS Machine Rental

    TENS is a great natural way to relief pain, and help you feel more in control during your birth. Birth Beginnings has BabyCare Elle TENS units available for rental. Details on the TENS units can be found here.

    The Elle TENS unit, a pack of 4 individual use electrodes, lanyard, 3 sets of leads, 2 sets of batteries, instruction manual, and carrying case.


    Cost of rental for 5 weeks $75+HST

    Consult with your care provider before renting a TENS unit.

    TENS cannot be used:

  • On open wounds that would interfere with the placement of pads
  • If you have history of epilepsy or seizures
  • If you have a pace maker
  • While labouring in water (but these are easily taken on and off before and after water use)
